At Scentalier, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance experience. That’s why we offer a 15-Day Return Policy – No Questions Asked.

Each order includes:

One main perfume bottle
Two testing strips so you can sample the scent before opening the bottle

We recommend testing the fragrance using the strips before unsealing the main bottle. If you’re not satisfied, you can return the product for a full refund within 7 days after delivery— no questions asked.

Return Conditions

Applies only to the main perfume bottle.
Bottle must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
Both testing strips must be returned along with the bottle.
Return must be made in the original Scentalier box.
Any damage or missing components may result in a deduction from the refund.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.

How to Return

1. Complete the Return Form (available on our website) and include it with your return package.
2. Use a traceable delivery method (courier or registered post) to send the item at your own expense.
